Application Range of SS5 Ball Grease:

1、Used in high and low temperature environments, requiring lubrication and sealing of friction surfaces, cocks, ball heads, valves, plugs, gaskets, O-rings and wedge seals with good water resistance;

2、It is used for the sealing ring of various toys and electrical appliances, the dynamic and static sealing of the shaft, and the sealing is good;

3、Plastic toy gear lubrication and noise reduction;

4、It is suitable for working occasions that need to effectively reduce the starting torque when starting at low temperature, such as electronic clocks, cameras, optical instruments, conveyors, refrigerator fan bearings, mobile refrigeration equipment and long-term lubrication of servo gears.

How to Use:

Like ordinary lubricating grease, use a brush, scraper or automatic lubrication device to apply or fill. The surface of the work piece should be kept clean to avoid oxides, dust and oil from affecting its adhesion.

Storage Method:

--After use, please seal the mouth of the can to avoid contamination of the product.

--Store in a cool and dry place.

--Do not touch oxides, strong acids, and alkaline substances.

Precautions:

•Although SS5 grease is highly chemically stable, the material will gradually decompose and release toxic gases when the temperature exceeds 350°C. If the material is expected to degrade, please ensure that there is good ventilation during operation.

•After touching this product, wash your hands before smoking and eating.
